This membership gives two children access to one class a week each.

Membership Terms & Conditions for Lego Classes

1. Membership Enrollment

- Membership is available to all students who participate in Stemgineering With Nick Lego classes.

- Membership is non-transferable and intended for the individual enrolled student only.

- By enrolling in our classes, members and their guardians, agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Class Scheduling and Attendance

- Classes are held on weekdays, and each member will have access to 4 classes per month.

- Members are expected to arrive on time for each class. This is to avoid class disruptions and make sure students know the brief.

- If a member cannot attend a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms

- Membership fees are due monthly and must be paid to maintain active membership.

- Payments can be made via the online payment system, which processes monthly payments.

- Late payments may result in a late fee of £10 and potential suspension of membership until the payment is received.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Members may cancel their membership by providing [30 days] written notice.

- Refunds are not offered for missed classes, but make-up classes may be scheduled if sufficient notice is provided and space allows.

- If classes are canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather), a make-up class or class credit will be offered.

5. Behavioral Expectations

- Members must treat instructors, classmates, and facilities with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

- Parents or guardians will be contacted if behavioral issues arise, and membership may be suspended or terminated if behavior does not improve.

- Members are responsible for handling Lego bricks and materials with care. Damaged or lost items may incur a replacement fee, if intentional damaged.

6. Safety and Liability

- The safety of all members is our priority. Please inform instructors of any allergies, health concerns, or additional needs.

- The organization and instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during class sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Media Release

- Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional or educational purposes. By enrolling, members and their guardians grant permission for these images to be used in print, digital, or social media.

- If a member does not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us.

8. Changes to Terms

- The organization reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary. Members will be informed of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

- By continuing membership, members agree to adhere to the latest terms and conditions provided.k
